NEVER TOO EARLY FOR SCIENCE
Yinon Bentor created Chemical Elements.com as his 8th grade science project. After several years it is still going strong. Not only does it receive major action from students and teachers alike, but Yinon has continued to enhance the site. Yinon is a tribute to the power and drive of youth.

In his own words: "My name is Yinon Bentor, and I created Chemical Elements.com as my 8th grade science project several years ago. Since then, I have continued to update the site in my free time, and the site is now very different from the original design. Since I "completed" the site for my science fair project in early 1996, I have added more information to each of the element pages, changed the layout of the site to make it easier to use, added different ways to view the table, and made the site more aesthetically pleasing. Formerly "The Periodic Table of the Elements on the Internet", the site has moved through several servers (it is currently hosted through HostServer) and is now called "Chemical Elements.com"."

OTHER PERIODIC TABLE RESOURCES

BK Periodic Library is an interactive periodic table made for the Microsoft Windows environment. It takes full advantage of your computer's capabilities to give you an in-depth look at the elements that make up our universe. This is a free downloadable project and is easy to use on your Windows machine.

WebElements Periodic Table the first periodic table on the WWW is by Mark Winter of the University of Sheffield, England, a Royal Society of Chemistry 1998 HE Teaching Award winner.

Periodic Table of the Elements at the Los Alamos National Laboratories is another fine example of an interactive periodic table. We like this one a lot.
