Kenneth Wesson has been a keynote speaker for educational organizations, administrative groups and state school boards. In addition to being a former administrator in higher education, he is also a former faculty member, a former school board member, as well as a former educational consultant for Stanford Research Institute. He continues to work with educators around the world. He my be just the professional you are looking for to provide a keynote address or workshop for your organization or institution.

If you have attended a recent conference sponsored by the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA), the National Council of the Teachers of Mathematics (NSTA), the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) or one of the growing number of state STEM organizations, you may have seen his name listed in the program as a keynote speaker or a featured speaker at that conference.

He has frequently spoken on how the brain learns, STEM/STEAM, access and equity, and the instructional benefits of merging the learning goals of the Common Core State Standards (CCSS), the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and research from cognitive science. Collectively, these new standards will produce a “whole child” ready for college and/or a career in the 21st century.

Five years ago, Wesson delivered the keynote address at the first national STEM conference in the US. In 2016, he delivered the opening address at the first International STEM conference in Dubai. He has also addressed the following conferences or organizations:

(Please feel free to contact any of these organizations for feedback on his speeches.)

Over the past two decades, he has worked with most of the leading international educational organizations for American and International schools, including the Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA), the Association of American Schools in South America (AASSA), the Central and Eastern European Schools Association (CEESA), the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), East Asia Regional Council of Overseas Schools (EARCOS), and the Near East South Asia schools (NESA). For each of his audiences around the world, central to our conversations has been how educators seek to impact the same object – the human brain. As you plan your next conference or professional development event, please consider adding Wesson to your list of potential speakers.
